Per-engagement platform fees are the same across all subscription plans and come from the workspace platform-fee catalog:
Direct hire placement
15% of annual base compensation
Contractor of Record (COR)
5% of monthly gross compensation (min $350)

What's the difference between subscription pricing and engagement pricing?
Subscription pricing (Free, Micro, Team, Agency) is what you pay for access to the platform and AI features — AI screening, talent match, and capacity limits. Engagement pricing (COR, EOR, direct hire placement) is what you pay per talent you engage — contracts, payroll, and compliance. Both are separate. You can be on Free and still engage talent via COR; you'll just screen manually.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your features for the rest of the period you've already paid for.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
You'll keep your active engagements running — cancelling your subscription doesn't affect people you're already engaged with. You'll lose access to AI features and your limits drop back to Free. Engagement pricing (COR, EOR fees) continues unchanged for your existing team.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No setup fees on any plan. Enterprise customers get a dedicated success manager at no extra charge. You can be up and running in under 30 minutes on Free or Micro.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to AI screening, matching, and paid features. After the trial, upgrade to continue or drop back to Free — your account stays active and your data is preserved.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes. We offer discounts for registered non-profits and early-stage startups. Get in touch at sales@kuubiik.com with proof of eligibility and we'll set you up.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer for annual plans, and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
Can I bill in my local currency?
Prices on this page are in USD for clarity. We support local billing in SGD, GBP, EUR, and AUD — conversion happens automatically based on your billing address at checkout.
