Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kuubiik platform. By signing up for or using Kuubiik, you agree to these terms.

The service

Kuubiik is a Singapore-based outsourcing services platform that helps companies engage remote professionals globally. Where talent is placed, Kuubiik acts as the Contractor of Record (COR) or Employer of Record (EOR) for the engagement, depending on the jurisdiction. Kuubiik is a counter-party to engagements, not a recruitment agency.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse — including fraud, misrepresentation, or attempts to disrupt the service — may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Engagements

The specific commercial and legal terms of any engagement (including classification as COR or EOR, payment, and termination) are set out in the applicable Contract, not in these Terms. Where they conflict on engagement specifics, the Contract controls.

Fees

Fees for paid plans and engagement services are described at the point of purchase or in your agreement with Kuubiik.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will update the version and the last-updated date, and ask you to accept the current version where required.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Final, legally reviewed disclaimer and liability terms will be published before launch.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
